► Katie knows what she is doing is wrong. She isn't suppose to train Pokemon as it is illegal, but that is exactly what she wants to do. She grew up with training pokemon as the only future option and now it has been ripped away from her. Well, it was suppose to be ripped away from her but illegal or not she is going to follow her dreams. She doesn't buy the bullshit That Team Heavens is spouting, training pokemon has been done for generations, Katie isn't about to drop the ball now!
This being said she knows she isn't going to be discreet about training pokemon. She will fight for what she believes in and she wants the companionship between Pokemon and Trainers to remain strong. The Elite Four doesn't stand a chance against her stubbornness!
Katie was kicked out of her house recently. She doesn't make a big deal out of it but she knows she can never go back to them. There were many reasons why she was kicked out of her home but to sum it all up it was because her parents had such narrow minds they couldn't accept the fact that Katie didn't want to just be a trainer but also an Artist. She has a natural talent, the paintbrushes are just a conduit from her inner eye to the real world. She can truly express how she feels when she starts to work and she can't help but wish they had kicked her out sooner. Sure, she didn't really listen to her curfew but she was too busy drawing the local pokemon to be concerned with such stupid things as a curfew. Her artwork is the only real thing that will get her anywhere in life. She knows she can't make a living being an illegal trainer.
She moved to Little tree town recently as she only came to the region to start fresh. She used to be from Johto so there are many new pokemon for her to discover! She knows she is going to get lost rather quickly so she is hoping her Pokemon will not only be her friends but also her family. She needs someone to love while she is out being lost in some unknown city. [/font]
